Why I Write

Every book above exists for the same reason: research-based knowledge in behavioral sciences and psychiatry should not stay locked inside academic journals. Across twenty years of international clinical practice and doctoral-level teaching, I have seen how the right explanation, delivered clearly, can change the course of someone’s care — or their life. Writing is how I extend that work beyond the clinic and the classroom.
